“As early as 1957, my father was speeding on his Guzzi motorcycle through the dirt roads amidst the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside, bathed in sun and wind, looking for farmhouses between the provinces of Pisa and Livorno to sell to citizens who wanted a second home in the countryside.
As a good real estate broker, he filled his notebook with notes, writing down the names and rare phone numbers of the property owners.

Then no one would have imagined that starting in the ’80s, with the arrival of the first Germans and Swiss, those houses would increase their value tenfold, making Tuscany an icon of the global real estate market.

Sesto Fabbri and its passion: a family tradition that becomes a successful company.

After more than 20 years of activity in the world of real estate brokerage with the Immo One brand, we have created a brand dedicated to the sale of farmhouses, villas and characteristic apartments in the evocative setting of the Tuscan countryside.

By combining the classic mediation activity with that of “rent” and “property management”, we create an accelerated corridor of foreign and domestic customers for the sale of properties.

In those years, potential customers were few and came only from neighboring cities, with the sole aim of buying the much-desired “country house”. Relaxing was the watchword: a place to live outside the chaos of the city, immersed in the splendid greenery that characterizes our areas.

In the post-war period, the countryside had become depopulated and there were many opportunities: the taste for beauty that distinguishes us Tuscans, the desire to restore country houses to their former splendor and that was it.

Hundreds of abandoned farmhouses in the Tuscan hills were just waiting to be renovated and sold to those who could appreciate and appreciate their beauty.

The arrival of the first Germans and Swiss more than twenty years later allowed those houses to become prestigious properties with extremely high values.

My father instilled in me a passion for brick, it’s true, but above all he taught me to love people, because when someone wants to sell their house they put their wealth and trust in your hands and that’s the most beautiful thing. And that’s the highest value a real estate agent can have: the trust of their clients.
